This Winholt Insulated Mobile heated Cabinet is designed to promote efficiency and reduce redundancy in operations by combining the function of two pieces of equipment into one and leveraging the advent of technology. The Heater Insulated Proofer comes with a New Digital Drawer with 35% Energy Savings! 100% Pre-Tested Electrical Assembly
Standard Features:
- Heavy Duty, aluminum construction designed for durability.
- Forced air design provides even heat distribution.
- 5” polyurethane plate casters for easy maneuverability and stability. Front casters are provided with brakes.
- “Proof/humidity” mode: Up to 95% RH at 110°F (43°C)
- “Heat” mode: Maximum Temperatures up to 180°F (82°C)
- Corner bumpers provide protection to units, associates & fixtures.
- A clear door, extruded, the anodized aluminum frame will not dull. A tight-fit gasket is installed on the inside door frame.
- The door opens 270 degrees. The door lifts off for easy cleaning and accessibility.
- The control drawer is removable for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Drip Trough catches condensation. Internal water pan collects condensation or is used in proofer mode.
- Pan Capacity: 35 - 18” x 26” pans

- Circuit breaker to provide over-current protection to the entire heater proofer.
- LED ligts to show necessary temperatures for heating & proofing have been reached.
- Digital thermometer provides more accurate calibrations
- Easy to use digital control.
- Separate read-out displays clearly show settings for humidity and temperature.
- Lights to indicate low water level and low temperature
